I received a dirty package that seems to be used. Because I really needed it for an event I ended up washing it good and replacing the water tube and it worked amazingly. Over all I do like it however it was used and not new.

.Works great ! I like the quality of the unit for the value.The instructions are good and short. It's easy to use.Why 4/5 score from me ?If you will observe my images, the tube provided obviously went through very high and prolonged heat exposure somehow. The rubber band holding it was melded to the tube and disintegrated when unwrapping. The tubes were as if glued together.There is also something inside the tube surface. Debris that is permanently stuck. So I had to use another tube.However, I'm pleased with the unit and operation. It was not charged when it arrived. Completely dead. Charged for a while and it came to life.
