This water dispenser does the job. It helps keep our five gallon water bottle on the floor and off the side table where the dispenser sits. The unit is efficient and effective and the varying ounce options are a plus. I do wish the neck was adjustable or taller to accommodate for tumblers so that you could truly walk away during filling. As well, the pour time is a little longer than other types of dispensers that attach directly to the top of the five gallon water bottle. However, overall, this is a good dispenser!

So, yes, this does pretty much exactly what it claims. It dispenses water from a jug, and it's actually pretty close to the quantity you choose. I will say that it's rechargeable, so obviously, as the battery runs down, it's likely going to struggle to fill the correct amount, but overall, it's close enough for me.If you had to rely on bottled water, this is much nicer sitting on a counter with the bottle hidden below. I think here would be a limit to HOW far the water would travel, so am thinking it's best to limit your length to the length of the provided hose. Iif you have children or use it for cooking, being able to choose the quantity dispensed would be handy. I could also see using this at a large event to dispense iced tea or a fruit punch.At one point, I did have a problem with it dispensing properly, and upon further examination I realized that the small filter at the bottom of the tube was almost completely stopped up. . . so much so that the unit was actually sucking the tube flat, as is show in my last photo. Cleaned the filter and boom, it worked just as good as new.

Wanted to get rid of my bulky bottled water dispenser so I took the shelves out of one of my cabinets stored my bottled water under it, drilled a small hole on the outside of the cabinet, fed the silicone tubing through it to the water bottle, set the tank on top and viola!!! My kids love it, it is less messy, more room in my kitchen (that cupboard held shopping, and garbage bags before.

Several problems. 1. Instructions to assemble are wrong. 2. Slow water delivery. 3. Inaccurate amount dispensed. 4. Amount dispensed varies from one use to another. 5. Because of the filter on the water tube you must remove the cap in the water jug as the filter won’t fit in the cap opening. I submitted a return request but I am snowed in and will probably miss the return deadline.

For those looking for a desktop water dispenser, this is great but keep in mind that it doesn’t chill the water so you’ll need ice. Other than that, it great having a water dispenser on my desk. It’s nice having a dispenser nearby, I’m drinking a lot more water than I used to since I got it. I love the fact that you have different sized options all the way up to 32oz. I’ve used it for a month and have not charged it once. It does vibrate a little but not to where it is annoying. I can’t say how durable it is, it’s made of plastic plus I had to cover the opening of my water bottle with paper towels to seal out dust and whatever but I like that it’s easy to set up and use. I even use it to water my plants in my office. Great choice.
