If you’re getting a tooth pulled, this stuff is essential to have on hand. Dry sockets are excruciating and this stuff worked excellent for me. Best of all it saved me from having to make another appointment and schlep to the dentist. It tastes like cloves and is easy to just pop into that socket hole.

This is the second time that I have had dry socket. Which is very painful. This stuff is the best. It works great in minutes. I find the taste to be like strong clove. Not that bad. It's so worth it.

While it is true the container is about the size of a face moisturizer in a jar, it holds many many treatments and is worth every penny! It works instantly. My only regret is not ordering it as soon as I knew I was getting a tooth pulled. Rather I waited until it was already out. I am prone to dry socket and it was already rearing its ugly head when the product arrived. It instantly removed all pain from me. I also have a sore tooth I put it on and it took care of that too. It felt as if the extraction site began healing twice as fast after using this only two days twice a day. I will always have this on hand and recommend to everyone I know

This stuff works great. I always get a dry socket if I have a tooth pulled and suffer greatly until I could get squeezed into my dentist. I was proactive this time and made sure to have this item on hand in case I needed it after a dental visit. Of course I needed it!😫 I needed it on day four post extraction. You only need a little bit and it will take the pain away. It doesn’t taste great or smell great just bite on some gauze after you stick it in the socket. It saved me a trip to the dentist for them to do exactly the same thing, but charge me for it. I watched a couple of YouTube videos that demonstrates how to pack it in to the socket and it already had it done before so I knew the basics. It did take about five business days to get to me so give yourself enough lead time to have it on hand before your extraction appointment.

I found this product to be virtually unusable.Yes, it helped with my dry socket issue after an extraction. But so does the much cleaner and tasteless preparation your dentist will pack your extraction site with. This product smelled terrible and burned. It smelled so bad I had to toss it out after 5 minutes... and two hours later I still cannot get the taste out of my tastebuds. I hope there is a version2 coming out that addresses these issues, because it sure would have been nice to do a home remedy for dry socket, instead of spending cash on a dentist visit.

I've had LOTS of dental work done in my life and I wish I'd discovered this sooner. I had a tooth extracted, and after a few days, the extraction site became infected (NOT dry socket) and I was in throbbing excruciating pain. My dentist applied a soluble dry socket paste that helped tremendously, but come 10pm, the pain was back and worse. I sent my husband out to look for ANYTHING to help with the pain and all he could find was orajel. It took my pain from a 9 to maybe a 7 and that's being generous.I ordered this that same night and was able to use it late the next day. It is not soluble - it's like chopped up gauze soaked in the medicine. I put way too much on the extraction site, covered it with a loose gauze and waited.Y'all. It took me from an 8 down to a 2 or 3 within 15 minutes. It will numb your entire mouth, throat and lips if your saliva sits in the same spot for a long time. It smells strong and tastes terrible. My husband says it has a "new car smell". BUT, it works. So, I don't even care. I personally just wait till I'm not in pain - about 30 minutes, then remove it. I stay numb for a few hours after using it!Less than $20 and saved me from needing more pain medication. This stuff is GOLD! Also, my dentist said it had the same ingredients as a product they use, but this is just a different brand. Definitely great stuff to keep handy for when dental pain strikes! 100% worth it.

I was US Army infantry. I remember sitting in the North Carolina wilderness six weeks into a training exercise...six weeks without a bath, and only 4 pairs underwear, 6 pair socks, and two uniforms to wear. Unsanitary doesn't even come close to describing the six week funk that accumulated. With baby wipes as my only means of cleansing my hands & body fingertip hygiene took a far less important role that that of the crotch, armpits, and feet. I remember eating an MRE with my blackened fingers, fingers caked with gun oil, embedded soil, tobacco remnants, six week uniform funk....hands that hadn't seen a sink or soap after any bowel movement in a month and a half. I watched as if it were an out of body experience as my grime covered fingers reached into a cold MRE packet emerging with a pinch of cold chicken & rice between my thumb, & index, and middle fingers, the gelatinous semi transparent goo that when heated would have turned to liquid sauce, clinging to my knuckle. I remember watching my hand bring that bite of cold, shelf stable, preservative rich, processed food toward my lips; the processed chunk of chicken meat blackened by my filthy fingers like mascara running down a broken hearted woman's cheek...and consuming that bite of "food" then many more that were in every way identical.I experienced that scenario many times, nmaling with a brief period of time experimenting with erotic toe to mouth contact...and I can honestly say this dry socket paste is the nastiest thing I've ever put into my mouth.

I don't know what the little fingers are in this "paste", and was hesitant to put them in my mouth but boy was I hurting, so I did and it does work. I was expecting some kind of pace like the dentist uses but this has little fibers in it but it's definitely eugenol or clove oil and it does the job
