We ordered this as a Halloween costume and upon arrival realized it was more of an outfit than a costume. That being said the tights were tight and that made layering a little tough and layers are important for trick or treating. I would purchase again but would size up if you live somewhere you need layers.

I got this as a gift for my niece who will be 3 in April (ok, ok, she's 35 months) and my goodness was this perfect for her. She is a true 3T and this costume fit just as it should. Whether this costume is for a boy or a girl, she felt like a superhero right after putting it on! We are going to a Con in a few weeks and i cannot wait to see the reaction as she strolls around as a little superhero. The cape is detachable from this costume, but not the tutu. It is also fine to wash, but to not wash with a big load of laundry.

This is a great "Robin" costume from, of course, the Batman series. It comes with three pieces, leggings, top, and, of course, a cape. It's a very cute costume, especially for girls who like to play dress-up all year round, not just on Halloween.The leggings are made of 75% cotton, 22% polyester, and 3% spandex and are well made if a little on the small size, but they fit my Robin perfectly. The top is very cute and has a sparkly little tutu/ruffle at the end. The cape is a little disappointing; it isn't sewn at the edges, so you can't put it in your washer, but I guess even Superman got his cape dirty every now and then.The cape attaches to the top with Velcro, which my little girl likes, so that suits me fine. The leggings are almost too long, but the cuffs can be turned up, and she's growing like a weed anyway, so this is fine. She could wear the leggings with other clothes but, of course, the top and cape are for the costume only.Excellent Robin outfit/costume from the Batman series, of course. It's well put together and won't fall apart. It is not super refined. The cape is disappointing to mom: it has no seams, is velcroed to the shirt, and you see the tag through the material. The shape of the leggings are a little long/narrow but there's stretch and it fits well. I took pictures on some lighted side tables that show everything like an x-ray. The printing feels and looks durable and thick. No funny smells (we aren't sensitive though).The curious toddler found this, when it came in. They wanted to be Super! We got a chunky 40+lb 3 year old who fit just right in the whole set. They don't know batman, nor Robin, but this mom was batgirl for one year. Dad can be Batman for a daddy daughter date night... This arrived on halloween during trick or treating it did come the day after ordering. I was sizing up for future play but it fits great right now.
