When you initially pierce your septum, it will be no smaller than 16g. Some piercers prefer to start septum piercings at 14g, so it’s important to make sure you know the size you’re pierced at.
Additionally, you don’t have to stay at the initial size you’re pierced at. If you’d prefer something smaller, you can downsize to a 16g. Or, if you’d prefer something larger, you can stretch up past 00g.

This pack gives you multiple options for sizing so you can use it for multiple piercings. Some pieces i had a hard time unscrewing but they are pretty good quality.

Works great love the different sizes. The smallest one is to small for me so them are my extra balls when I lose them! Fits my septum perfect! Material is high quality. Pay 20$ for one of these at a piercing place

Listen, these are TINY. The product listing advertises them as 16 gauge and 8mm inner diameter. And that’s exactly what they are. If you aren’t familiar with your piercing diameters, you should probably do some research on that before purchasing so you know what size you prefer.This size is typically what I wear and I prefer the smaller dainty size. They’re snug to my septum and don’t hang far down. Additionally, the small clear retainers are perfect for hiding the jewelry while still keeping a hole open.If you don’t have the patience or small fingers to fiddle with getting these in, I wouldn’t recommend them for you. The staple style ones also fall out pretty often, but work great for hiding a septum piercing for a few days if you have nostrils that don’t allow for flipping easily.For me, these are awesome, and just what I wanted and needed. They’re good for the price considering you might lose a few here or there. YES they are small but YES there are people who prefer this size!
