If I can give it to zero stars I would. I just unpacked it. Then plugged it in and nothing happened. It didn’t even move. It didn’t spin. It didn’t make no noise nothing so I tried to use a different outlet. Still nothing I even try switching my breakers on and off and still it didn’t turn on, so I’m asking for a refund.

I've enjoyed this quite a bit. I would prefer if the blender blade was detachable from the pitcher, but I can live with it. The processor works great.

I loved the size, design, everything, BUT extremely bad quality! While I was shredding veggies (it was very small amount of vegitables) some pieces of plastic went to food as well. After couple of uses - two parts were melted together (after using for few minutes) and couldnt be re-assembled.They put amazing project INTO THE GARBAGE QUALITY!

I am very impressed with this set - the blender is glass and comes with a strainer for inside which allows you to 'juice' or blend tomatoes etc. only the juice is strained out and the seeds/peel remain inside. The actual food processor is an excellent size for making dough, pastry or anything that needs more volume.A few people have left reviews stating the top doesn't come away from the bottom...it absolutely does!! I don't know what they are doing, but even the instruction booklet shows you how to unlock and lock from the base. Also, for the lady who left three stars because the blades are sharp and you cut your finger - you defy common sense (again the instructions state on pg.9 blades are sharp and be careful handling).I recommend ppl to read the instructions, use common sense and this machine will not disappoint. It is powerful, useful and allows many options for use in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

One thing that I really enjoyed about this product was the amount of food that can be processed at once super easy to use you just have to make sure everything is lined up properly be safe when you're using it my only little gripe about it is that there's only two settings and two speeds on it but other than that super awesome knocked out a lot of food real quick great product super strong as well

I use it mainly to process food for my dog. I know, I know but I make her food at home due to a gastrointestinal issue and we just moved into a new home so cooking has been minimal. However, I look forward to using it for the upcoming holidays. Seems simple enough to use and is easy to clean.
