I ordered 14 of these tubes for a project in crystal clear and one of them came white and three of them came empty

Used this to fill in the gaps between the edges of the window and the surrounding brick facade. The house we moved into did not have these gaps filled in and some of the insulation panels could be seen. After doing about a dozen windows over the summer the a/c seemed to kick in a little less often and we see fewer bugs. I chose the clear option to make it more invisible.

As you can see in the picture it’s completely hard in the tube! Doesn’t anyone check before shipping? Went to the big box store and paid 1/3 the price!
