This was a xmas gift for my 20yr old daughter. By new years the dog was no longer on the charm. Feel off and she hadn't done any major things! It was a bummer because it was a cute charm, but the quality was terrible.

The charm is very pretty, but first one came partially smashed due to lack of protection in bag packaging. Amazon refunded quickly. Second order was packaged same way, but charm arrived in excellent condition.
