Compatible with Shimano SPD-SL 6° Degree Cleats
- COMPATIBILITY: These cleats are fully compatible with SHIMANO SPD-SL system. Exactly identical size as original cleats, no more need to adjust the pedal tension every time when rider or shoes changes. NOT compatible with LOOK DELTA or KEO systems.
- STRONG: The cleats are made of extra strong and heavy duty engineering thermoplastic / TPU plastic, lasting as long as original ones. Weight: 87g (pair).
- ADJUSTABLE: Adjustable 3-hole stage resistant arrangement for ultimate stability. Package includes: 2 cleats, 6 cleat washers and 6 cleat mounting bolts. 6° of float for a natural pedal stroke with a small amount of rotation, great for beginners. Fiction in between cleats and sole is adjustable.

Having used these cleats on a longlish ride now, I can say the clipping process(in & out) actually feels somewhat better than the shimano cleats. definitely provides good surface grip while walking. Durability is somthing time will reveal.

They lined up pretty much where the old ones did. The only thing is I had to crank down the tension on my pedal to all the way down otherwise I would come out of the pedal way to easy besides that they seem to be working out fine no problem clipping in or out. Now as far as durability that remains to be seen.

They work pretty well, but are a bit tougher to unclip. this is the only let down. But they are full caoutchouc under it so they fell. gripper than the original one.

I liked the silicone “tread” on the cleat. It helps protect from wearing down the cleat and give some traction when walking. My last set did not have this and soon ground the cleat and caused problems clicking into the pedal. This on e is zero degrees float so you do have to be more precise when adjusting the cleat on the shoe.

I walk on my cycling shoes more than I'd like. With the name brand version of these I need replacements 6x a year. These are far, far more durable for walking on if that's a concern for you. Im on target so far for these lasting the entire year.
