I ordered this with a picture of my mom on it. It was supposed to be for a few family members. Upon arrival I noticed that you can't even tell who the picture is of. She has no face. Because it's a customized item you can not return it and no one is helpful for a refund. Do not by from this seller. It's basically trash. They send you an email with the picture you sent them saying it looked good. Not of what they put on the bracelet.
