Very nicely done, quick turnaround and our custom logos looked great. I don't think the printing is dishwasher safe, but the glasses are easy to hand wash. I ordered these for an event and everyone was impressed with glasses.

Their sd showed actual colored pictures on glasses downloaded from pictures but what I got was black picture of family that looks like a gradeschool kid drew. I’m not happy at all feel this company was very misleading. The people on glass look nothing like my family members

I sent in a design pic of a shark & initials above it to put on pint beer glasses. I ordered 10 of them. They did the design perfect on the glasses just like the pic I sent in. They did an awesome job! And the glasses arrived so fast, before the delivery date. And they boxed them up sooo good & safe that none were damaged. So happy with the product!!

Glass is very good quality for the price. Artwork is very nice and well applied, feels as if it will hold up well. Company was very good to work with. Excellent communications, they quickly double checked the color I wanted, then quickly sent a copy of the artwork for my approval. Package arrived 3 days after order! I thought that was excellent for a custom order like this. Plus, there were two extra glasses in the box! Very pleased with the entire transaction.

If you need a set of cups to use one single time for people you don't really care about experiencing quality then, by george, you found the perfect set at slightly higher than average price.I rarely write bad reviews, and I'm not seeking a refund or return, I chose to purchase the product. I do however want to clearly state these are not for daily use, not for "restaurant" or "bar" use. They made it one use in my home, and failed before it even made it to the sink for a wash.The glass is unevenly poured, especially at the rim of the cup which causes it to also have a "lip", but because of the uneven nature some parts are stronger than others which gives an unsettling feeling to the user.I feel as though the glass cups themselves are mediocre at best in regards to price. The color is hand painted on the bottom of the glass, it's microns thin, scratches off on a glass surface or using a standard scotch dish sponge. My slightly hotter than standard home water heater caused this paint to flake off, and a test wash in the dishwasher also removed the entirety of the paint.Change the title of these glasses from heavy duty to "treat like fine china" and then you will have accurately described your product.

I love everything about my glasses, the came quickly and looked amazing. The only issue I have is I wish the bottoms were not painted, it should be colored galss instead because the paint chips off.
