My tractor is over 13 years old, so I wasn't expecting a lot due to the age of my tractor and knowing this was an aftermarket item, to my Suprise it was a perfect fit, i am very happy with this purchase

No problem with the part. The problem is that it was shipped in a plastic mailer pouch which allowed the end of the rod to eventually poke through. I was surprised it stayed in the bag. The threaded end was beat up and we had to re-tap the threads. My husband is a mechanic so he has tap and die sets. But would you not think that a heavy shaft would poke through the package? How about a little thought about what you are shipping. My husband was able to repair it and save time (because it also took a while to get) and he needed to mow grass. But most people do not have tap and die sets. 5 Stars for part, 1 star for shipping. Average 3 stars.
