My original review was 1 star and calling this product misleading. Now that I've had time to go back and try a second time I've realized my review was misleading. It's not beginner friendly but it definitely is a simple, easy project for those a little more familiar with the craft.

I've just picked up crocheting and I selected these kittens because there's not too much yarn color change and it looked simple. Well, since this isn't my first time crocheting, I enjoyed this project but was lost when trying to navigate the website. It took me a while and several clicks to find the step-by-step video. Once I found the video, I found the quality to be sub-par. There were times, more specifically, when it came to putting together the tail, where the video didn't show enough steps on how to complete it. There is one thing that this video does better than other kits, it breaks down how to sow thread to make the face. Since you can pause and fast forward, I improved on sowing things on crochet projects.Although, there are beginner videos where it breaks down how to execute different stitches, the instructions isn't the same as the step-by-step video. For example, the instructions on how to create a magic loop is different in the "magic loop" video than in the step-by-step one.Now on to the materials. The kit includes all the materials that you will need. For the yarn, you get just enough to complete each kitten. The quality of the yarn is not as soft and sturdy as the yarn in other kits. As for the hook, I've had to use a hook that came from another kit because the one that was included in this one was too sticky and I couldn't pull it through the loops as easily.If you're familiar with crocheting and are looking for something simple to make, I would recommend this product. If you're a beginner, I would go with another brand.

I'm a beginner at crochet, and this kit is really cute. The yarn is easy to work with and the instructions seem easy enough to follow so far. I have not run into any issues with it but I haven't finished it. I will update my review if I run into any problems. So far, so good!

I liked that this kit provided everything needed for a beginner crochet project. I found the directions hard to follow but I was able to find help online and with videos on YouTube (Woobles).

Easy to follow crochet kit. Everything you need is included yarn quality is the same as the high end crochet kits. This was a very fun kit to make up Finished in 2 sittings I would order from this company again

I enjoyed this. This was my first time trying crotchet. It was very easy and it was all ready to start the process. It had step-by-step instructions and videos to help make the whole process very simple. I have bought more since trying these and am excited to see how much they improve with practice.
