Your cart is empty. This tool is used for pulling the cross over tubes out of the head of a 5.9 or 6.7 Common Rail motor. This will allow you to safely pull the tubes out without nicking or damaging the cross over tubes. The common way of removing the crossover tube is to use a pair of Vise Grips. Sure, it works, but you risk damaging the threads! Wreck one injector tube and you will pay for this tool - the first time!
Removing the connector tube on the 24v has always been an issue. The injector tube threads are recessed in the head and they are an oddball size so a special tool is required. The threads on the tube are a modified 15MM. No taps exist to make this thread. I bought this tool to remove the feed tubes to the injectors on 2012 ram 3500 6.7 cummins … and it worked ok at best …. I should’ve bought the other version that you can torque down with a tool it would’ve been better but oh well…

My crossover tubes were pretty stubborn. Doing an injector upgrade I wasn't planning on re-using them, but still didn't want to do any more damage than I had to remove them. Despite some of them (#1, especially) being rusted in place, this little tool and a small prybar made short work of pulling them straight out. There was no damage to the threads if you were planning on re-using the crossovers.
