Works great, gets very hot. However, the side by side chambers cause a high pitch echo/sound when gas is turned up too high. Pin point flame, not broad flame

Only 5~6 seconds Tip of the torch gets red hot,It’s not brass it can even melt ,very dangerous. I refund it .

I’ve used hand held propane torches, Bunsen burners, single burner turbo torches but this was something I haven’t tried. For $37 it gets real hot! I wish there was a better way to control the heat but less fuel = burn tube damage. One tube seems to not have quite as good flow as the other so it’s glowed red at the tip a bit. I kinda value my tools even if they have some operational quirks so I’ll turn it off for a sec. on a 20lb tank with an adapter hose this thing screams though I’ve used this on plumbing, brazing 1.25” diameter pipe, sheetmetal, glass.. plenty of heat!

bought it to use with mapp gas...but it performed so well on propane...did not have to buy the more expensive mapp..great for brazing aluminum

Used it a couple of times .No problem heating up 1/2 rod . BUT IT ONLY USES PROPANE NOT AS STATED IN ADD WITH MAPP OR MIXED GAS !!!!

This torch means business. I had expected slightly better heating than my propane torch, but this torch can get an exhaust pipe glowing bright orange in a matter of seconds.Make sure you read the instructions. If you have the gas pressure too high, or too low, the torch tips will start to glow orange. Fortunately, I figured that out before any damage was done.

I am a full time plumber and purchased this. It works great for certain situations where the water keeps trickling back cooling the pipe. I don’t use it for every solder job as I am in sync with my single tip torch. I tried this one but it gets too hot too quick. However as I mention life and hassle saver in certain situations in the field. Worth the price.
