Aradani Studios elf ears are considered by many as the best costume prosthetics in the world. These are hand crafted in our home studio in Nashville, TN, by the artists of Aradani, with attention to detail and quality. Not only do we hand-make and inspect each set of ears, we try to use the highest quality materials we can find. Often on the road we are told our ears last for years of use, with some people coming back with the same ears after 6-7 years of wearing them!
PAINTING YOUR EARS
The primary photo shows the ears painted in a light skintone, however all Aradani Elf Ears sold on Amazon are unpainted latex, which as a natural product can vary in color. While this natural color is close to a fair skintone, the ears will look much better and realistic if they are painted to match your skin. The best make-up to use is called RMG, rubber mask grease paint. Just be careful NOT to use any make-up that contains mineral oil.
GLUING ON YOUR EARS
We recommend using spirit gum (sold separately) to attach your ears. The ears will not stay on without an adhesive such as spirit gum or liquid latex.
HIDING THE SEAMS
The edge seams can be blended in with latex, though we recommend covering the seam with the use of an ear cuff as shown in the picture.
ONE SIZE FITS MOST
Because our ears are made from molds, they may not be a perfect fit for you. We like to say that our ears are one-size-fits-most. Some styles fit smaller ears better, some fit larger ears better. If you need assistance, please contact us and we can offer advice on what style of ear to best fit your ears, which style to best match a certain cosplay, or any advice on make-up and special effects in general.

I have used the ears multiple years for multiple costumes, attaching with spirit gum, and they continue to work great and are high-quality. The color and size matched what I ordered. Would definitely order another pair of ears from these folks if I needed them.

Top notch product:I ordered these for a fairy Halloween costume. I ordered a few pairs from different places. These are the best without question. They are thin and flexible enough to comform to even my rather small ears. I was able to match them pretty well to my skin tone with some foundation and seal with translucent powder. Keep in mind that you will need to get your own spirit gum to secure them. I barely felt them once they were on. I was concerned about bumping them but the spirit gum holds strong. I got two sizes and was going to return one but the quality is so good I'm just going to hold onto them for the future.Top notch customer service:My first package was lost in the mail. I received an immediate response to my inquiry. A new package was sent, I was provided the tracking number and received it quickly. I order from Amazon and this was absolutely the best customer service I've received.Top notch

Love them they are so cute. Everyone loved them as well. I was a fairy for Halloween and they completed my look. Would recommend them to anyone. They are soft,realistic, I have really small ears so had to cut them down just a little and color them with makeup to match my skin tone. You will need ear cuffs to hide the line of the prosthetic toward the lobe of your ear. If your going to get elf ears buy these.

Extremely great quality! They are a little pale for my skin tone but nothing a little air brushing can't fix :-) I bought these for my Frodo cosplay since they look more like hobbit ears than elf ears.

You will definitely need liquid latex or some other sort of makeup application to make these things look legit at all. They're pretty flimsy compared to the other ears I bought, but they get the job done. Matches with how your ears contours pretty well.The box it comes in suggests using ear cuffs to cover the seems if you want a quick, cheap route instead of purchasing the liquid latex and a bit of makeup.

When I got the ears I expected to need to do a little toughing up with my make up, but not as much as I did. I first had to put down a layer or red and then using a small brush paint several coats of my foundation on top.They are light and comfortable, and with a little spirit gum stay on fairly well. They're just a tad on the big side, but for a one size fits all it's remarkable good.I would recommend buying directly from the Aradani site though, as they only cost ten dollars there.

I love these ears, but was very crest fallen to find that they are only 10 dollars on Aradani Studio website, and you can pick which color you get, light,medium ,or dark for five dollars more. So with that said I am rather annoyed that when buying from Amazon I do not get the option to pick my color, even at five dollars more them they are "normally". I would return but i realized this after trying them on.That being said they are very comfortable, a bit big, but I am a small person (5'5 125lbs). I imagine if you got the pre-painted ones they would also actually match your skin color better than a deathly pale color.Overall, the ears are great, actully almost perfect. But buy from their website, not from here.[...]

I bought these for my Legolas (Lord of the Rings) costume and they are perfect! They are easy to put on, you just need spirit gum or liquid latex. They are super light so I don't even feel them on my ears, which is great because I was worried they would start to hurt after a while, but they don't! Yay! They are great quality, too. When blended with liquid latex correctly, it will really look like they are a part of your own ears. Easy to take off, too, but they are so comfortable and cool looking, why would you want to?! XD So awesome! I love it! Plus, it shipped and arrived super quick! So if you need some elf ears in a flash - buy these!!
