Love them my lower back and knees haven't been hurting as bad, that is as long as my cat don't take off with them!, Thankfully this package comes with enough not only to put in my shoes I wear the most but have extra for when my cat takes one. Very easy to clean they wash with soap and water, pat dry and reuse. I have yet to loose the stickiness as well and some I've had to wash alot already.

I bought these to give myself some arch support in the cheap flats that I buy to wear to work. They have ZERO arch support and my legs and feet would hurt. These do the trick. They stick right to the insole of my shoe and stay until I wash the insole, then I just put in a new set. They are cost effective versus spending a ton on other shoes.

This is an excellent product! Worth every penny, and I would buy more if I needed them. I recently developed foot discomfort with the progression of my autoimmune disease. I try a bunch of different products that didn’t help much. These are by far my favorite product. They out-perform everything else I’ve tried. They are perfect to add to flip-flops! They have just the right amount of thickness & shape, they fit perfectly in any kind of shoe, and they are very sticky. They were easy to apply, stay in place, and feel comfortable on my feet - even with all day use. I was so happy to be able to keep using all of the shoes I like & already have!! Now they are comfortable for my feet & I don’t have to sacrifice style for foot pain, thanks to these inserts!

These inserts were too hard and too much for me, but probably just not suitable for my sandals which do have built in arch support anyway. Adding this inserts just made them uncomfortable. They probably work fine with shoes where you can take out the insole and replace with these, or add them to shoes with little or no arch support. They appear well made and good value for the price.

I like they help for My flat feet but they tend to slip out of place depending on what shoes i wear. But all in all they work.

These really helped to realign my feet. I used them over shoes with arch supports already where needed, or doubled up on those without. Some shoes may become too tight for that but it means more mindful shoe-shopping.Note: doubling them up, the adhesion is not quite as long lasting.I’m buying more, btw, as I can use them in both shoes and sandals and they are a practical solution at little cost. My one regret is that they won’t stick in sheepskin slippers!

Okay I didn't read the description and wasn't using them right at first. You stick them onto your feet. This gives you total control of placement. I worried about sweaty feet being an issue but it hasn't been a problem. When placed correctly, you can really feel the arch support. They also give my bony feet a nice feeling of protection. No need to wear super thick socks all the time!

These don't stick at all!! Unfortunately, I didn't open them right away so it us oat return time and i'm stuck with them. i had to use "alien tape" to get them to stay on!!!
