Absolutely love this. Clears the rear deck and front porch perfectly, which was why I purchased it. Throws the snow far enough and high enough that there is no near drop to go through again on the back deck, and when snoiw is toio high for a single pass to clear, it will take it to bottom if used in layers. Definitely worth the purchase price. Battery has good ability to hold charge, though a second battery would be nice as an included option.

The design with the flapper is why I purchased this one. Works well with a few inches of snow, gets pretty close to the pavement. I was able to use it with 3-4 inch fresh snow with no issues. It was throwing snow into my neighbors yard. Definitely not as powerful as a typical snow blower, but the battery pack makes it light enough to do a two car drive way and part of the side walks.

Awesome snow shovel. Live in Ottawa, ON & we had 20cm of snow, this shovel plowed through the snow no issues. Even the stuff that had hardened a bit. Highly recommend this snow shovel. Only wish it had an auger to adjust where the snow shoots.Update Mar 2025, we have minus 20 celcius weather, leaned shovel against car, fell and cracked battery casing which is plastic, not rubber plastic. one case came off then the top side. very disappointed, will have to tape up battery. I have Milwaukee and Black & Decker drill, have dropped them several times, never have the cracked open like this one.

Does a good job clearing my front walk and steps. Just used it once but it does what I wanted. Easy, quick clean up without having to pull out the big snow blower or remove snow by hand

This shovel is quite handy in the snow and it has saved my and my husbands back this winter! Not very useful for when it snows many inches but if it's just a few inches, it works perfect. So glad I bought it!

This item works fine but the battery is cracked. I need it replaced and I can get nowhere with customer service number or the chat help When I try to fill out the return it does not allow me to ‘continue’. The word ‘continue is greyed out.I need someone to get in touch with me about this problem. It’s 5 star with a working battery

Stay away from this. Right out of the box, charged the battery to green and the pos doesn’t even work. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very good functionality. Blows 8 inches. Of snow really good. Ran on one battery 33 minutes, deep snow. Side walks, great, drive way 15 x 40. Easy to assemble.

I bought this product to use primarily on my large wooden decks. It packs a lot of power and yet it is fairly lightweight. It eats snow quickly and throws it far. I have used it for my sidewalks also and I'm extremely pleased with the performance. It excels at throwing wet slushy snow which my gas-powered blowers do not handle well. It's also great at getting into tighter spaces on my driveway which I previously had to hand shovel and physically move snow from point A to point B. The supplied batteries provide enough power to clear all of that with power to spare. Money well spent.
