I've used a ton of AGU fuse holders in different projects over the years, from trailers and solar setups to car audio. I like to keep a stash of various amperage ones on hand. These seem to work great. I ordered the 50A ones and purposely blew one with an 80A load to make sure they weren't too far off spec. Fuse blew instantly, so I trust them.Common failure point for other AGU fuses seems to be caps that aren't soldered/crimped on right and end up spinning or not sealing, or simply not conducting. All of the ones I received are tight and do not have any issues. Will order again when I need to replenish my stock.

I was a bit unsure how this would work. But they do. I bought 25amp ones and tested out 2 with an inverter/solar/12v battery set up. I blew them on purpose to see it they work when I need them to. First one blew and the glass broke but no smoke, burning or anything like that my inverter just shut off like it had no power. The second blew the same with the same load and it burned very clean with no problems. These are excellent fuses and with have faith in them in my system. Probably going to buy more. Hope this helps others

These fuses were purchased as a back up when needed. They seem to be well-made and the price was right. I have not yet had to use any of them, though. I cannot speak of their long-term reliability other than my physical perception of their build.
