Well over half the side isn't sewn closed. The picture shows a sheet with a small top area that flaps open, but it's a huge chunk of tbe side. There's one little tiny piece of velcro at the top that doesn't hold anything closed. What's the point?

I purchased this item to take on a month long trip to Central America. We stayed mostly in hostels so I was happy to have my own sheet to sleep in. It was very hot so it was light enough to keep me cool and serve as a barrier from all of the mosquitos. The little area for the pillow was a nice touch as well. Planning to take this on all of my future trips!

I bought this for my backpacking trip through Europe last year and it got me through the adventure in one piece. Staying in hostels can be quite a worrisome thought if one isn't prepared. Some of the hostels I stayed at supplied us with relatively clean looking rooms and beds, but others were just atrocious. I used this travel sheet on every bed I slept on including the ones that looked fine. It was better to be safe than sorry when travelling abroad.Aside from being on the thin side, there wasn't anything I'd complain about. There is a small slot for you to hook it over a pillow and it acts as a thin sleeping bag that is easily folded for storage in your bag. I recommend this for anyone staying at hostels or older rooms.

I bought this prior to a medical mission trip to Kenya and used it several times in places I don't care to remember staying in. I will say that in one of our locations I was the ONLY one of the sixteen of us to not get mysterious bites on my arms and legs. I would buy again in a heartbeat. Nothing fancy....just like a sleeping bag but made of sheets.....has the top part that goes over the pillow too.....excellent. You could technically sew one yourself if you are good with a sewing machine.

I suppose this item does what it is intended to do. It allows you to sleep in your OWN sheets. However, I would have spent more to get a more quality fabric. The fabric is very thin and wrinkles like crazy! Overall not satisfied. Would not purchase again.

Perfect product for the sleeping bag, saves trips to the laundramat. One whole side and the bottom half to 2/3 of the sheet is stiched. About a third is open, but has a Velcro tab, and this thing is LONG so there's no skimping on the sheet. You won't come out of it. Comfortable cotton. Could also be used without a sleeping bag. It also folds into a remarkably compact bundle for travel. Wish I'd known about this years ago.Update: used this almost daily for 10 months, and have purchased more. Now I can add "durable" to "comfortable."
