Bought it for my carrier furnaceThe three wire plug fits fineThe new motor shaft on the back is 1/4" and the blower is 5/16"Bought an adapter from Lowe's 882743 and cut a hole with my grinder for the lock screwNow it works just fine like the original motor.

It replaces the old carrier HC21ZE118 motor, works very well, the only difference is that the HC21ZE118 has the thread inside the screw hole while this replacement doesn't, so have to use the screws coming in the package to screw in, the screws are not the same size as those from the old part.

For anyone wanting to know this is a fit for a 2 speed furnace with 3 wires. Fit perfect. Is unbelievably quiet. Cost effective. And amazon shipped it next day. This also has the smaller shaft if you are wondering. I would recomend to everyone. This saved me in a bad moment with my family!

Perfect fit for my furnace inducer. It took a lot of work getting the old motor out of the old assembly. But it was definitely worth it because the alternative was spending $800 to have someone else replace the whole assembly.
