I love them they’re just too big, I’m not use to the sizing options but they are so big

I received these and was very disappointed. They were thrown in a box with writing all over it. The skate looked used, was wrinkled and bent. There was a horrible smell from them as well. Also the wrong size was sent. Reached out with no answer.I can tell these would be cute if looked how website shows.

The skate fit my daughter perfectly. She loved the light up wheels and the cool design on the boot.
