so I bought this for my Harry Potter cosplay, and I really wanted Severus Snape's wand but I wasn't going to pay a whole lot of money for a replica. not only is this sturdy and can be used in a cosplay but it's also a pen! how awesome is that

Still in love with this because Snapes wand, duh. But disappointed with the quality. Unsurprised because things like this tend to be over priced and under “qualitied” but still sad. The pen part rattles around inside the cap (wand handle) because of poor fit. The ink tube of the pen is super thin and very short. I’ll try to find a way to retrofit another one once this one runs out fairly fast but idk if it will work. Also, BLUE ink! Why!

I was pretty shocked to like this pen. I collect pens and am a HUGE fan of Harry Potter, so I figured a no brainer, at least for my collection. Once I got it, I decided to use it whenever I needed a pen at home. Haven't taken it to the office just yet. Not only is it fun to play with, it's an absolute JOY to write with. I think it has something to do with how long it is. It's perfectly balanced in my mind.My only complaint about it is that the cap doesn't stay on extremely tight. I got the Snape one.

the pen itself is really good. lightweight and looks really good. yes the size says Hermione, but the problem is, when I bought the pen, all the photos were of the elder wand (as of writing, all the photos are of Harry's) so I was hoping it would be the elder wand (Dumbledore's wand). I tried to look for one that was labeled Dumbledore or the elder wand but couldn't find one and this one doesn't let you customize it from the order screen (like a lot of other products do). would have been 5 stars if I'd have gotten the wand in the photos (when I bought it, that is to say, the elder wand)
