It WILL NOT FIT a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic. FYI, you will have to fab it to fit. The quality overall is about 3.5-4 stars. But the description on Amazon needs to change. It does not fit my bike. I will try to fab it luckily I’m a welder
