INSTANT RELIEF!! Pretty easy to put on as well by yourself. If you want a more snug fit maybe get a little help. This instantly took pressure off of my hips from my baby. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and have been hurting every day for months, until now. It’s super strong but stretchy. It was easy for me to adjust. I got a regular and I weight 197lbs, which I was afraid was too small. Regular size fits well. It’s cheaper than a lot of them and does just the same. I have a mess like one that comes in 3 parts, but this one actually helps. I’m so glad I got this.

5’6 and a half 180 pounds and regular size was perfect. Thought I’d need plus size but no. Helps relieve pressure when walking and not too uncomfortable while sitting. Good value and works well!

I had this to help support my growing belly. I think I got a size too big but it still worked. The only thing I did not like about this was how hard it was to take apart. The Velcro was a little too difficult. I ended up not wearing this anymore due to summer months and this just being extra fabric I did not need.

I am shocked how good this belly band works. As soon as I put it on it was instant relief. I suffer from round ligament pain from this pregnancy (25 weeks) and honestly wish I would’ve got it sooner. I definitely recommend. Easy to put on and does not move throughout the day and helps with postures.

Also ich durfte jetzt eine Weile den Gürtel testen & ich muss sagen, ich bin super zufrieden, hätte ich nicht gedacht, einfach perfekt!Ich bin jetzt im 8.Monat schwanger(3.Ss) & habe massive Bandscheiben & Ischias-Schmerzen, wie sagte mein Arzt so schön, jede Ss ist anders🥴 , trage ich den Gürtel nicht den ganzen Tag, habe ich massive, unerträgliche Schmerzen, trage ich ihn den ganzen Tag, habe ich nichts, klar etwas kommt durch, aber der Gürtel stützt nicht nur den Bauch, sondern entlastet auch echt den Rücken.....ich bin nur am weiter empfehlen😁Er ist wirklich anschmiegsam, er drückt nicht, zieht oder zwickt nicht, man kann laufen, stehen, liegen, man merkt ihn gar nicht & sogar schlafen geht damit, natürlich nicht Nachts, aber bei einem Mittagsschläfchen merkt man den Gürtel überhaupt nicht!Fazit: Super Gürtel, Super Zufrieden!

I got this because I had a hard time walking hills in pregnancy from severe round ligament pains that simply didn't stop on one side. It helped lift and support my baby bump and take a little pressure off my back, icyhot helped as well. The velcro was rather comfortable moving around just make sure it's not too tight or it bunches up under the belly where the fabric is soft and more pliable. I sized up so I had room since I have 3 months left, it actually wasn't necessary I got an xl when I could have gotten the l. This was also convenient aside from being helpful. May also want to look for one with the additional band that holds on to the top of your bump for extra support if it feels too heavy.

I have a lot of round ligament and groin pain so I wanted to get a belly band and found this one. I really like it when I’m up moving around but as a nurse in a doctors office my job is 90% computer work and sitting with this thing on is very uncomfortable. I really want the support for the sit to stand position because the baby causes a lot of pressure as I stand and for a minute after I start walking. Since I can’t wear it when I’m sitting, I don’t have the support I want. It’s difficult to put on as one person and it is not practical to put on every time I stand to run to a patients room. I tried two sizes of this band, wondering if that would change things and it did not.I can’t recommend this if you’re sitting a lot and looking for the support when you stand.I can recommend if you’re on your feet a lot and moving around; with activity it is pretty supportive and comfortable.
