The item shipped fast and was very easy to put together. I ordered it for an event and with the initial set up it was a crowd pleaser! It looks great and a really fun addition to a party. However, the machine is just for show. I heated my product before putting it in the fountain so that I could serve immediately. Within minutes the product was cold and started to thicken. I tried leaving the heat on but it did not help. I had to remove it to reheat and serve in another way.
