This does loosely over a backpack. I thought it would fit my 13 year old but the sleeves are too short so we had my 10 year old try. I like that it doesn’t have an odor and that it folds up and can be stored in the included bag. The zipper works flawlessly and the snaps provide extra security. I think it’s great for my 10 year old. I think the value and quality align.

INTEKIDS gets a BIG applause from me on this incredible Children's Hooded Raincoat!!!! The quality is just amazing & the design is genius!!!! I love that's its opaque but still has a bit of sheerness to it so that you can see through it. It is oversized but for good reason…which i don't know why i haven't seen more children raincoats like this!!! In the back of the coat it had some extra creases all the way down each size, which gives the coat and capability to to expand so that it's able to accommodate our little ones backpacks…so those stay dry too!! It also has a nice large hood w/a large visor so that the water trickles away from little faces & out of little eyes. Another really nice feature is that the sleeves are long & have elastic at the ends of them to keep water from creeping into the tthe arm areas! I just really can't say enough good tihings about this INCREDIBLE Childrens Raincoat!!! Its just perfect & INTEKIDS thougt about everything when designing it-from the large hooded visor to the extra long length….keeping knees & legs dry!!! If you have little ones in your lives this makes a great gift or just a great way to keep our little faces safe from the elementsaaqqqeqs especially w/Winter right around the corner & there is nothing worse than our little ones being wet & cold!!! This definitely gets two thumbs up from me!!! Great quality w/a great value!!! Yes Yes Yes all day every day!!!.

I ordered two raincoats in different colors and sizes, both arrived quickly enough, although not at the same time. But one arrived without an additional visor that was attached to the hood, the second was fine, arrived as a complete set. Otherwise, everything is as in the photo. They look durable, we are waiting for the rain, we will test them in action.
