I have t used this much but bought it to replace a lost Rubbermaid Hot/Cold thermal bag. The zipper seemed cheap and was difficult to open and close. It seemed to keep the food warm for the short time I used it though.

This bag material is not good quality. It tears easily. Just carrying the bag by the handles with some pizza boxes damaged at base of handles.

This bag serves a great purpose. Especially for large delivery orders or groceries. Ideal size and weight quality insulation material. Keeps food or groceries fresh great value price. Easy to handle and store I would recommend.

Bought this for my daughter's birthday party and this sucker fit EIGHT Costco size pizza boxes from the food court! Pizzas stayed hot the entire party so we were able to easily replenish as needed with out having to have gross dried out pizza! So impressed!

I purchased this Bag for the larger Pizza orders, but this bag also came in handy keeping the food hot when delivering multiple orders from other restaurants.My only regret was not looking for a bag that was 2-4 inches more in height and it would have been perfect for my usage.

The bag is Hugh ! I could put 5-6 boxes in it. The issues that I find is 1) it is hard to fold for storage, the material is stiff and no preformed creases exist. In addition when folded there are no retaining straps holding it in the desired position. 2) while it has a reflective inside the pizza will still lose heat and will not be really hot upon arrival over 5 minutes from removal from the oven and delivery to table. 3) there are 2 zippers along the top one that is on one side and the second that goes around the other 2 sides the 4th side is acting like a hinge. Not sure why it is designed like this vs 1 that goes completely around the three sides of the top or two zippers that meet in the middle?Aside from these issues this is a sturdy bag if you require a large volume bag (dimensions given in the description on Amazon) it will provide a reasonable long life if properly kept. It is very easy to clean with mild soap and water. It does provide reasonable thermal retention but don’t expect hot! If you need this volume with ease of use and cleanup this may be for you.

Huge! Good sturdy quality! Just what we need when "door dashing". We use smaller bags, but once in awhile you get a pizza order, and this is in the trunk. We grab it, and it keeps the pizzas piping hit. I use it for our personal orders, when taking them home, too. Always hottt!

Bought this to use for Doordash/Instacar deliveries. Works excellent! Keeps food as warm as it first came out! Nice and big to fit many items in neatly and organized. I use it for groceries as well. Keeps items cold or warm depending on what you have in it. Handles are well made. Only complaint is that it doesn’t have stronger, sturdier bottom. Cleans up easy too!
