I did not like how much wire was available as it seems they are short sided hoping that just the video will resolve the problem

These have been tested and abused in a fast paced very busy local pizzaria I work for. They last over a month of daily abuse of several blocks of cheddar cheese a day. All others we have tried don't make it a week 1 of these lasted 6 weeks the second is on its 5th week and counting. Impressive quality.
