The colors really pop and I love the sturdiness of these clip on reins ! WAY WAY too long for my six year old but she’s getting use to having so much slack and making sure they are tight enough! Would buy again!

I liked them for what they are, and they’re very cute. But they are way, WAY too short for my mare and I to use. I’ll never be using them because of that. If you want very short barrel reins, go for it. But these are too short for me to do anything will, including barrels, which I rarely do. Might be perfect for an experienced barrel racing who wants super short reins (my pro-rodeo friend has a pair of 4ft reins that she loves. And honestly, these seem way closer to hers than other connected western reins I have tried, even though these should be 8t). I have yet to find a pair of solid western reins I like online, aside from my split reins. But I need a decent pair of connected western reins. Love my English reins to bits. But they’re just a bit too long for practicing gaming, etc. I’ve used solid western reins that were perfect, and definitely shorter that my English ones, and way longer than these. I guess I’m skeptical these are actually 8ft long! Quality is great, very cute, seem like they’d be durable. I just have a problem with the length. But if short short reins are your style, you might very well love them!
