I really like this half pad. It’s about a medium thickness. It’s contoured to the shape of the horse’s back and not a straight top which is really nice. It’s a great option for the price. Comes in lots of colors too!

Oh my goodness! My young OTTB gelding has some crow hopping and head tossing issues and I thought that maybe it was because he didn’t have more protection on his back. So I got this and man did his behaviors change the second I put it on. I could tell he felt way more comfortable and confident. The half pad is also very high quality and easy to wash. Love it 💜
