This window perch is super easy to assemble and install. I followed the directions. Cleaned the glass well, soaked the suction cups in hot water and everything is working well so far. Both cats have been up and down it many times over the past month with no issues. It's very stable. My cats are smol with the kitten only weighing close to 3 pounds and the adult around 8 pounds. I recommend setting the angle of the shelf slightly towards the window that ways when your cat uses it, their weight levels it out. Overall, my entire house is happy we got this window shelf.

Well, it took a while for my cats to begin using their new perch and hammock because the last hammock fell which scared them. This Hammock while smaller than I thought it was going to be (but that is my fault), but it is rock solid, and I don't expect it to fall. Both cats have tried it out separately and then the other day they were both it in which was exceeding the weight limit, the Perch/Hammock held up and did not fall!! Therefore, the 5 Star Rating!!IMPORTANT: The instructions which come with this item are excellent and should be followed to make sure it is securely connected to the window and it will not fall. So, soak the suction cups in very warm water, clean the window very good (I used rubbing alcohol to make sure there was nothing which would stop the suction cups from sticking), and give it time to thoroughly adhere to the window.A couple of things I did to make my cats more comfortable in it. Sprayed it with Catnip spray, which piqued their interest. Also, I added some padding because the pillow which comes with the Perch/Hammock is thin and can be uncomfortable for cats who like a softer bed. After these 2 additions, they LOVE this perch and watch the birds, outside squirrels, and sleep for hours on it. Now, I need a human size one! I love it because they are not trying to get on my keyboard, or meowing for treats, or begging to play, or any of the other distractions which they constantly do to interrupt my work.It is fast and easy to assemble, and I'm looking forward to my cats being able to use this Perch and Hammock for years to come.Recommend.

This kitty window bed was easy to install, perfect size for one cat. My kitty loves it. Much better than another one I have.

We've got a 6 month old kitten we got this for- our older cat isn't a fan of sharing his sunning spot by our back door, so we got this to hang in the window for the kitten to get her own spot. She loves it. It's plenty big for her, and is seemingly well put together. My only issue with it, is that it has lost suction twice. I have chalked that up to chance though as it isn't a regular occurrence. Very happy with overall, and the kitten agrees.

It took a few tries to put together but the cats are enjoying it. I was afraid it would crash down but it is holding steady.

This product is beautiful, but TINY! My poor baby doesn’t seem to realize she’s too big for it, but I fear she’s about to take the window out with her at any moment.
