The non-stick ceramic coating uses a silicate/glass base coating. Our ceramic coating is derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral.

Our silicate/glass based ceramic non-stick coating is Lead Free, PTFE Free, PFOS Free, PTFE Free, Cadmium Free and PFAS free.

USE and CARE Instructions

Before First Use- Remove all packaging materials and labels. Wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

UTENSILS - Plastic, rubber, silicone or wooden utensils are recommended. Avoid using any sharp objects or metal utensils because they can scratch any non-stick surface. Always remove food from the pan before slicing or cutting.

CLEANING - Cool completely before washing. Hand wash only with a soft cloth or sponge and nonabrasive cleansers or liquid dish washing soap in warm water. Rinse and then dry with a soft towel. Do Not soak in water, Do Not put in dishwasher.

The little rim on the pan edge is great cuz it keeps things from slipping around, and possibly sliding off the pan

I've just recently started cooking with ceramic pots/pans and love them. Sooo much better than teflon. A ceramic pizza pan is a gr8 idea. Bought to make pizza in a toaster oven ( new to toaster/counter oven too) 😋 😀 👌 Results are wonderful. Just follow instructions on how to care for ceramics.

Nice pizza pan, love that it is pfa free but the outside ring rusted badly the first time I put it in the dishwasher.

Worked great, crust came out crisp and firm but not burnt, also the ceramic coating worked well for non-stick. Best of all no chemicals as there's no non-stick coating, nor is it aluminum.

At the recommendation of my oncologist and support group, I ditched all of my Teflon coated pans, plastic storage containers, and Teflon bakeware. I found these pizza pans and thought ok... time to replace the Teflon ones for my home and RV. We loved them so much and had no issues. The clean up is a breeze. No issues with the coating. Been using them for months. So, I came back and purchased the roaster pan, and the lasagna/cake pan. Absolutely love them. No issues. Still non-stick. So, I returned and bought the smaller trays for single items. Best decision I made. My granddaughter loves them and now wants a set for Christmas! I loved the aqua blue color as well!
