These are deep pile tufted carpets & the footwell sections & flat carpet pieces are made from hessian (sck cloth) backed material to ensure that they stay flat & look great. Tunnel & wheelarch pieces are made in soft back material that is easier to fit & follows contours easily. Our carpet sets are for the complete interior area, not the trunk which was not usually carpeted originally. We have faithfully reproduced each cut section & we bind all edges in black leathercloth giving a very high quality look & luxurious feel without costing a fortune. Needed new carpet for my TR6 but didn't want to spend the kind of money a lot of "official" carpet kits are asking. This carpet arrived in great shape and fit was nearly perfect. I had to cut mine a bit to fit a roll bar but most TR6 owners won't have to bother modifying at all.

Used the Carrelli carpet set to carpet my 1976 Triumph TR6. I installed 10mm foil faced sound deadener first. Carpet went over that. I dry fitted each piece to make sure of correct fitment. Carrelli includes a numbered chart showing sequence of fitting each piece. E.g. the sill pieces under the doors are first, and need to be glued in position. The front bulkhead strip is glued in next. Follow the chart, but dry fit each piece with the front and rear floor mat pieces, to see how much overlap there will be. I did not use glue on the transmission tunnel three pieces, nor the front and rear floor mat pieces. On those pieces I used 2" wide industrial strength Velcro in case they had to be removed. Especially important is the easy removal of the the floor mats in case they get wet. I thought the quality and fitment of the Carrelli carpet was very good, pretty much the same as OEM. I am pleased with the outcome, looks professional. I would buy again.
