These work great at keeping things cold. The reason I got them is so I could use them on my line to keep condiments chilled for a longer time frame without having to re ice them but unfortunately these are not the same size on the inside as a normal hotell pan so I was unable to use them

I got these thinking they could hold at least 6, 6th pans, you can probably get 2 next to each other with a 9 pan at the end, 2 more 9 pans beside the 6th pans and have a nasty, phone-sized gap at the end. Seems like a great product, but you definitely couldn't get a full-pan in there....
