I purchased this camera in October 2023. I use it when I work winter parking enforcement shifts, therefore I have used it a couple of dozen times. I initially found it good, however last night it went to an introduction screen with a repetitive "welcome tone". I cannot get it to work. There is no service, no recourse. Sadly I have had a similar experience with BOBLOVE camera which appeared to be remarkable similar in design. My issues with the company, in China, were highly unsatisfactory. I suspect the same firm is involved. I advise anyone to avoid CAMMHD and BOBLOV products to avoid similarly unsatisfactory consumer experiences.

Only had this product about a week. I am impressed with the camera on it's operation features and and quality. However, the battery life is nothing at all like I was hoping for. With the description it says that the camera has "working 14 hours" so I was expecting this was something that I could wear all day long and not have to worry about the battery going dead. This is false, With both batteries I might get 14 hours,,, more like 10ish hours. I'm not impressed with the battery life at all. That is my only complaint at this time.

This body cam has been awesome till the start up screen turns on then off then on making the start up sounds and nothing else. I've tried everything I could like pull the battery and I have reset it and I tried hooking up with my computer like I did many times and now it is just an expensive paper weight. Any help you can give me would be great since I paid $200 for it and now it's going to be put in the garbage.

I like it , bought it for the dual batteries . i did not notice that it won't take a usb card . 32 gb seems enough for me . you just have to down load what you want to save and loop tape over the rest. The instructions are in English and it does tell you what each button on the device does , but it lacks the instructions to use the device intuitively. you will understand the basic functions quickly by the instructions booklet . But you will have to play with it and practice with it till you get the full functionality of the device. I like the quality and sturdiness of it and it is very light in itself you hardly know you have it on .

This camera is horrible. Buttons work half the time. You have to buy some codec online if you want to view or download videos. Absolute scam. Very disappointing

This camera takes great video and pictures and has excellent sound-capturing capabilities. The laser pointer is excellent for calibration and also comes with a very bright flashlight built in. It is very durable and very well built. It takes amazing video in complete darkness. It comes with a belt clip and a larger clip that rotates and adjusts up and down, very useful and can also be used as a tripod to support free-standing.It does not have motion detection as described. The big problem I had with it was that the battery would not come out and I had to pry it out which took a long time. There is a little plastic tab that you pull on to remove the battery and it broke off. The charging station has 2 little rubber spacers that enable the unit to sit vertically and charge, but they sometimes come out and now I can't find them, so I have to charge it by plugging the cable directly into the unit. I am also having a hard time finding replacement batteries. 1 battery is dead after 16 months, as I could not get it out of the unit, I had to use it continuously. No replacement batteries are sold for the unit, so when the batteries can no longer hold a charge, the unit is no longer functional. If you buy this unit get the extended warranty with it.If not for the issues with battery removal, buying replacement batteries, and base charging, I would have given 5 stars. Good value for the money. Very easy to connect to the computer and transfer files. I cover the LEDs, 2 on top with a little strip of black electrical tape, so that you do not know that it is there and recording as they are very bright.

At first glance the item seems large. But once you have in on hand you will see that it is not as large as the photos make it seem. I face it is much smaller than you think. Witch is good. You will not really feel it on your belt which is where I have it

Testing it out, seems very well put together. Pretty solid casing. Good video quality. It is also pretty easy to set up very user friendly. Take a deep breath and just run through the functions like a piece of cake.

Let me just start off by saying that this product could be amazing with just a few improvements.I work security full-time and got this because putting my phone in my pocket is a hassle if I have to get a photo of somebody to trespass them from my property. I initially bought it because it posted a wide angle camera with 4K resolution. When I got it, I looked over all the reading materials and what came in the box and was not quite impressed but not un-impressed either. I used it for about 2 weeks and had a love/hate relationship with it. When dealing with a suspect/detainee the video would be rolling and would only be able to hold a 30fps stream regardless of resolution. If i needed a still photo from the video stream, the video would pixilate as soon as the video was paused. Lastly, i had a scuffle (only one) and my camera got knocked off of me due to the clip being low quality and now will not charge the ONLY battery that ever worked since i got it 2 weeks prior.Pros: camera captures clear video regardless of where the target is, as long as it is in the camera’s wide view. Identifier light is red/blue for easy identification in crowds. Laser pointer for positioning has a decent range so you can adjust for close ups and distanced viewing. IR works great in low light areas. Transferring items to pc is fast and easy.Cons: only one battery worked when it arrived and that seems to be due to the charging dock. Has a connector for a mic/radio to be hooked up to it but does not come with those cables. Not very durable due to cheap manufacturing. Images pixilate as soon as the video is paused on any device.In conclusion, this body cam is great if your working a low impact site/job. If your working a job where you might get assaulted, struck or hit in any way, consider a different product before this one.

As a security guard, this is a must have. In conflicts, I definitely feel better with video proof. Sound quality is prestine and video is also. I use night mode quite a bit and even still video is super clear. I am very happy with this product.
