Take the boots off before pressing or beating them into the A arms to avoid tearing them. I used a large socket and a hammer to pound them in. Pro tip. Stick the ball joints in a freezer overnight to shrink them before pressing them in. I replaced one last year and the other 3 this year. The boot from the first one does appear to be dry rotting a little more than I would have expected, but is still serviceable.

Put these on a 23 year old Honda with a big hammer. I recommend using large sockets and a hydraulic press/ stout vice. I STRONGLY recommend keeping these in the freezer until you’re ready to install. The metal shrinks with cold and makes it fit better
