This mattress pad shipped quickly and looks exactly like the photo. It fits well and has a soft,o the touch. I am giving it a rating of 4 stars mainly because I don't think it has a cooling effect; while it’s not hot, it feels just like a normal temperature. It protects the mattress effectively and washes nicely.

It is so easy to put on! I was done with my last mattress cover that was so so hard to put on. This one is a breeze to put on! It is definitely cooling and very comfortable to lie on.A couple weeks ago, I walked in to make my bed and was horrified to see that my puppy had an accident ON MY BED! I stripped the sheets and this mattress cover and found that the mattress was DRY! I was so pleasantly surprised!I would absolutely recommend this mattress cover!

Love the price, softness and the fit of this mattress cover. However, there is no cooling effect for me -something I had been looking forward to. It may be even hotter than my old cover.

I bought this mattress protector because I usually sleep hot and like a plush feel under my sheets. This protector fit perfectly on my queen mattress and stays in place without coming off of the mattress. The plush feel is something I look forward to when I crawl in bed. The cooling features help regulate temperature throughout the night, which is far better than other plush mattress toppers I’ve used in the past. I would buy from this company again because the product is high quality and as described.

I was pleased to find that the size was generous so that I had no trouble fitting it onto my large and deep mattress. Looks well made. Very nice.

Since my husband became disabled, we have been on a journey to find the most comfortable bed for him. New mattress and box springs, multiple mattress pads, eggshell layers, etc. Always seemed to be some spot that is uncomfortable. And when you have difficulty moving, that is a big deal. I decided to give this pad a shot and it is working out very well. He has been getting a deeper sleep and seems more well rested. And no complaining about an uncomfortable spot. It worked well enough that I decided to order another for my bed. I can't speak to the "cooling" aspect. Definitely doesn't sleep hot but can't say it is dramatically cooler. But like my husband I find that I am getting a much deeper sleep. For the price, I would definitely try this before investing in a new mattress.

This mattress cover is cool to the touch using your hand. It is way more comfortable than I expected and is attractive to look it. However, as one who sleeps hot, it did not keep me totally cool at night. But, I had a heavier blanket as a top cover and my room was stuffy. Living in Northern California, it is common for the temps to go down to 50' at night during the summer. So I switched to a lighter weight top cover and opened my window for fresh air circulation and slept in lighter sleepwear. I did sleep cooler than the night before with those changes. So, depending on your top cover, whether you sleep Au Naturale or in sleepwear, the ambient room temperature with the window open or not, all of these factors together determine how hot or cool you sleep. Keep this in mind, when purchasing this product which I do recommend. Just don't expect it to be a magic wand, especially if you are at the age that you are experiencing hot flashes. It did reflect a lot of my body heat and did not absorb into the mattress pad keeping me hot.
