Bought as Christmas present for my wife. Ordered and XL. She 5'9" appox 190lbs. The top fit very well. She likes night wear to fit loose. The bottoms while she could get them on and sit in them...they where tight. There was no real give to the waist band. Length on this is long, so there is no worries there. Actually drag on the floor some. Ended up returning and ordering the next size up.
