It is the most common item to fail with the power windows and in most cases you will not need to spend hundreds of dollars for a new motor when this ribbon cable will do the trick.

So far so good, just follow the instructions that are included. You will need a rivet gun or machine screws to reassemble. Mark your mounting bolts on disassembly for better alignment.
