Upon ordering this item, I quickly realized it would not work for my drawer and tried cancelling the order. The cancellation was submitted days before shipping, but was not accepted by the seller. I tried submitting a return prior to receiving the item. However, the seller will charge approximately 50% of the full cost of the item for return shipping. No thank you. I guess I will keep the item and try to make a sculpture out of it, pawn it off on someone else or throw it away, because it will not work for its intended purpose.

I couldn’t find a file rack that fit the dimensions of my desk drawer so I ordered this set. Unfortunately, the metal pieces are impossible to cut so I can’t use them
