Not as much control as other hackamores, but I like you can adjust the leverage. Put a metal chin strap on instead of the leather one and it helped a lot with control. Fit nicely on my little 14h arab cross.4 stars instead of 5 because it feels more like biothane leather.

Then noseband padding isn't fleece, it's just like a bunch of yarn, and after one use it was all gross and smushed down. The chin strap is also impossible to adjust and therefore useless

Good quality leather, fits my quarter horse giant warmblood sized head very well. Lots of adjustment and I like the ability to adjust the leverage as needed.Only giving four stars as in the end my horse didn't like it. I will be keeping it in case it works for future horses.
