Your cart is empty.Our Roll Up Panniers are inspired by the Cyclist's Hold-alls, first featured in the 1890's catalogue. As the originals, the new panniers can be rolled up or easily released when needed. This pair of commuter bags for traditional transport bicycles is entirely made of water resistant cotton with leather finishing. On the top of the bag attachment to the bicycle rack these panniers feature a crossed elastic to fasten additional objects to carry during urban transit. Last, but not least, the Roll Up Panniers are "self closing", as they feature magnets on the flaps. Materials: water resistant fabric with leather finishing.

If you're looking for a quality set of bike panniers for commuting or running down to the store; you can probably find a more practical set for less. However, if you have a vintage style bike and money to throw around; these may be the panniers for you. It's a neat idea. For what they are, they are well made, and you'll probably be the only one of your friends that has them. I just didn't find them as convenient as I expected.Personally, I love the Brooks cycling products. I have their saddles and seat bags on all my bikes. I use their pants cuff strap; and have a couple of their bigger bags for when I want to carry more. Brooks makes great products; but I'm not really sold on the Brick Lane roll-up panniers.

These panniers hold plent, are easy to access, are rugged and durable, and very stylish. The quality of the canvas and leather is high.I used these bike touring and they worked every bit as well as I could have hoped. I will continue to use them for the same and look forward to it. I have other panniers from Ortlieb and Topeak and prefer these by far. While they are not necessarily touring panniers like the Back Roller Classics, they hold plenty provided the weight is not extreme. I suppose these Brooks panniers to be general purpose bags for errands or commuting, but they worked equally well carrying my sleeping bag, sleep pad, water bottles, camp stove, tools, food, and film camera. I use a Carradice saddlebag for my clothes and spare tubes.I appreciate that these canvas and leather panniers have no nylon trim, straps or plastic buckles.

Como buen producto de la marca Brooks, estas aflojas tienen una buena calidad. el detalle en la manufactura se ve a simple vista. A diferencia de las demás alforjas en el mercado esta están por encima de lo común ya que se ven muy elegantes en la bicicletas urbanas. El tamaño es más que suficiente para cargar con 4 bolsas regulares de supermercado. No he probado la resistencia a la carga y la lluvia pero no dudo que aguanten muy bien y por tratarse de piel con un tratamiento especial y duren varios años. Muy recomendable.

The bags are well made, but for many racks (almost all today) the pannier's back panel is too soft and will end up in the spokes of the bike. It is great for larger lighter items, but unfortunately my kid had a bad spill when her thermos ended up in the spokes unexpectedly and locked up the wheel. Fortunately a good Samaritan helped her get the bag and thermos unwedged and she was able to ride home. Smaller items get stuck between the wheel and the rack. You need a rack with at least 3 legs, like an expedition rack to use this safely. I have a kangaroo bag of 25 years of a similar design, but with a stiffened back panel, and never had a similar problem.

Excellent (beautiful and practical) take-everywhere panniers—provided you have the right rack. I recommend the Velo Orange Campeur. Naturally, in order to roll up, these can’t have a stiff backing—so make sure your rack provides structure to hold them away from your wheel. Please note that these are not a replacement for your gigantic Ortlieb roll-top panniers (I love those as well, and use them for touring and big weekend grocery trips). These roll-up panniers, however, I never take off my bike. Even when attaching my Ortlieb panniers these can stay on my rack (rolled up)—that’s part of why the Campeur is such a great a match for these. I can easily roll up these panniers with my lock and tool roll still inside them, and unrolled they hold more than enough to make my typical mid-week, on-my-way-home-from-work grocery run or unplanned errand. The biggest selling point for these, of course, is their classic looks—so they are really only worth the price tag if you have a bike conforming to that aesthetic. Very happy with this purchase!

This absolutely exceeds my expectations. They are new so I'm not sure about longevity. But they are so finely crafted and beautiful. I feel very lucky to have them. I would recommend them to anyone
