This is definitely the right tool for the job. I needed to pull apart a starter clutch on a small 5hp Briggs & Stratton motor. Oddly enough after all these years, I've never had to do that before. A little research brought me to this tool. It arrived quickly from Amazon, in a B&S Box. I quick zap from my impact gun took the clutch off the crankshaft. Another quick zap put it back on once I'd corrected the problem. Well worth the cost if you have any little motors around. Very satisfied.

Works great on the old engines I restore. It fits perfectly and it is much easier on clutch removal than a punch and hammer. It appears to be powder coated and very well made.

Great tool for a very specific purpose. Saved a load of hammering and potential damage ( not to mention my temper and language....) in separating the clutch and fly wheel on my Briggs and Stratton petrol engine. Probably won’t need to use it again for a couple of years, but good to have it in the tool box.
