After already having on of these units from a different brand that has lasted 4 plus years we figured we'd give this one a shot.Product was as advertised and worked well for 1.8 years. Then it just stopped. All that was left working was the light that measures the water level and it stopped boiling. It's a giant paperweight that I kind of feel ripped of with. After messaging support to see if they had any guidance to fix or know of this issue, they basically lectured us on how the unit should be unplugged and sent a 3 paragraph essay on how it works and instructions to care ect. Honestly should last longer than 2 years for the price point. Especially with unplugging after every use and cleaning regularly, something that the support team harped about many times.I would avoid It and skip to another manufacturer. My other tank we own is on 4 years with very little maintenance. Should have ordered the same one.

Has detachable lid for an easy fill/clean up, to start electric dispenser one has to press "unlock", so it is safe to use around illiterate children. It's easy to see how much is left in a a pot. Air Pump operation is smooth, making it a good addition to our Shabbat needs.

After year of usage I can't imagine now how we could live without it )It is so convenient to have hot water at any moment.Pot requires cleanup once a year probably - we did clean ours after 10 months of usage - have boiled full tank of water with 3 tea-spoons of citric acid in it to make it look like brand new inside.I only wish it were a bit larger (we are drinking a lot of tea during a day) and auto-lock feature per my opinion is not required at all. (it becomes only annoying over time.)In general it is great and useful device - would recommend to have it at any kitchen.

Cord is easy to get loosened if u move the position slightly. The top cover is also very loose n might drop off if opening it up.

This machine continues to boil no matter what temperature I set it on. The steam has blistered our ceiling and we have had to scrape and repaint it!! The concept is great, but this does not work like other machines my family has in China and Japan.UPDATE: My experience with customer support was very negative. I received an insulting email from them in reply to my complaint. They refuse to acknowledge or make right their problem.

Bought this for work and it’s been great. Easy to use and dispense. Keeps water hot for a long time with temperature gauge that’s indicated if water is getting cooler.

used this kettle daily for tea, made sure to only use filtered water never tap, but still noticed some rust in the interior chamber a week back and sadly have heard nothing back from either the manufacturer or seller

Overall the product was quite nice. I mean you really get what your paying for, however, I have had this for about 2 1/2 months now and it still has this really distinctive plastic that comes from the dispenser, and that leaves the water smelling a little like chemicals. I mean keep that in mind before purchasing.

I didn’t know how much I needed this in my life. Instant boiling water for coffee, tea, oatmeal…anything. Three settings; I use the top two settings. Super convenient. The size of a coffee maker. I’ve put my kettle away three weeks ago and haven’t needed it since. Update; been using this for a year now and still love love it.

I had great expectations when I ordered this Instant hot water dispenser. I purchased it for my college kid, for his dorm, and he loved it! That is until he emptied it preparing to come home for summer break. The entire interior was corroded, rusted, and probably very close to causing a catastrophic disaster. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT WILL LAST FOR MORE THAN A FEW MONTHS - it can't possibly be stainless steel as advertised. I have contacted the manufacturer, but I'm doubting any response.
