When picking a size, large is a safe bet. If you are built a tad smaller, medium may work.The underwear hugs your body right, the pouch is the perfect size, and feels great. It's not mesh, it's virtually non-transparent when dry, overall a better fit around the body, and built a bit better than other similar underwears out there.For years I have been searching for the perfect bodysuit to use as sleepwear/underwear, and this is as close to perfect as I'll get (when considering the material, design, comfort, availability, and even price).

First time I bought this Bodysuit leotard in grey arrived fast if got prime I wore it to gym it very great for cardio workouts at gym plus yoga runs at park and gymnastics ballet weight training to love this suit how Slim's my waist plus very formfitting love new mesh on sides. Only problem is the pouch at the croutch when ur aroused it streched big time it shows ur bulge or muscle plus it makes u feel endowed but otherwise great suit women at gym love it and ballet class yoga love it . But once u get aroused be warned it will show it excitement ur muscle big-time . Plus girls will hit on u which is a plus . Love this suit will be buying more .

5'10"/185 Athletic build 44" chest/31" waist.This bodysuit gets 5 stars for material and construction and only 3 stars for design. Note; this design is NOT for a 'V-shaped' athletic body. I purchased the large and it is tight through the chest/back and loose around the waist, groin and hips. If you have a 'H-shaped' build it will fit very well. In my case the fit is only ok. The material and construction are outstanding, no loose seams, etc. More after I wear it awhile.
