I made this into a golf club head removal tool.

Did not work to push piston back in like advertised. Actually bent while trying to use the tool. Get what you pay for I suppose

Easy to compress your brake piston with this tool I cannot say it works on all autos. It was great for my 2017 Tacoma front calipers!

Worked well. Only thing I did not care for is the nuts holding it together had to be tightened for proper use. Still did what it was supposed to do and was built well.

Used this today on my Porsche's 2-piston caliper. It worked great and was long and wide enough to catch both pistons easily. I didn't even need an old pad to do this.Tool works great and is so much easier than pulling on it by hand or using a screwdriver which can mar the caliper or disc rotor. I've been wanting this type of tool for a while and this is a great option!

For years I have made due with a "C" clamp to push the pistons back in a brake caliper and it has worked most of the time, but never all that easily. As soon as I used this tool I was saying to myself that I should have purchased it years ago. It's just easier when you have the right tool for the job at hand. The tool works works smoothly and I can even see that it could push back the pistons back with the caliper still attached to the car. This will be really handy when all I am doing is installing new brake pads. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and a great addition to my toolbox.

I got this to retract brake pad calipers, but it does not really open far enough to go around mine. I kept it because it is a well-made clamp and will have another use or two somewhere for me in the garage. But I had to go to Home Depot to buy a larger clamp. Anyway, it is a nice well-made, clamp and worth having for some future purpose

This ended up working out on my recent brake job on my F-150 but I will say the design is odd because you are fighting against mechanical advantage. If you're bleeding your brake lines at the same time it works okay. If you are just trying to compress the caliper it's pretty tough to get it even because you pushing harder on one side where the screw is then the other and the device bends in.That said, it's pretty solid and works in the end, but it's kind of a weird design.
