These were a bit long, but its actually a good thing. The more coverage from the sun, the better and also allowed for more range of motion. You dont want things to be restricting your kids legs in the pool. Super cute, good quality.

Love that these came in size 9! My boy is small, but 7-8 is too small and 10-12 is too large. Finding a size 9 is so rare. I wish all clothing included all ages!!

Fits well and I love that there's a workable drawstring to tighten it if needed. My 8 year old is wearing them because he's very small and skinny for his age. His previous trunks were size 3, but they were still loose. I recommend this for kids who are on the thin side since you can tighten them. My son loves this color green, so it's perfect for him. It has washed up well.

My son is a tall, thin 5-year-old (wears size 6-7 in shirts and 6 in pants, just for the length) and we were looking for longer swim trunks for him and these were perfect (and a great price!) We ordered him a size 5-6. He is about 43 lbs. and about 47" tall and these trunks were great in waist size (since he's so skinny) and a perfect length (they hit just below his knees). They fit great without even having to adjust the tie waist, which has a great length of adjustable cord.

Love the print. They run a little big. My son is on the tall side for his age and these were big on him. We rolled them for them not to be so long. But he'll grow into them. I would recommend buying a size smaller than your child is. My son is 4 but I'd have bought a 3 had I known.
