Got this boxed flat-pack metal wire utensil caddy for my sister’s get-togethers, and she absolutely loved it! And I like that this is wall mounted, as I have enough on my desk without adding storage. This can of course be used in the kitchen for utensils, but I hang mine, so intend this for the wall next to my desk. It could be used anywhere, for anything, pretty much. Freestanding or wall mounted.It will be easy to assemble and the parts feel strong. They are well made and finished and I think the bamboo base looks nice.This should hold a decent amount, too, without taking up workspace.This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy. Different from the usual utensil caddy, this one has several sections and holds quite a lot but isn't quite the size stated in the description. It looks okay and is sturdy but not exactly as described.

I previously had a utensil holder that was circular and only fit about half the kitchen utensils, and taking things out was also a small battle. This one is spacious and somehow takes up less room. Never moves around and hold all the utensils. I can never go back!

While this utensil caddy is functional and works as an organizer, it only sort of feels sturdy. However, my biggest issue is with the dimensions—it’s advertised as 3.9 inches deep, but in reality, it’s closer to 4.5 inches deep. As shown in my photos, this discrepancy means it does not fit the space I purchased it for. It’s frustrating when a product doesn’t match its description. If precise measurements matter to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

This caddy is great for holding large utensils like ladles and wooden spoons. The caddy is wire frame with wooden base that has holes in it to allow draining. The 'back' of the caddy has two screw holes to allow attaching it to a wall or cupboard door.The caddy is solidly constructed and should last a very long time. 5*

This statement in the description is false: "Foldable Design: The caddy can be collapsed when not in use, making it easy to store and ideal for small kitchens." = it is not collapsible unless you use a screwdriver to take the front and back off the base. The dividers can be removed, and the sides do have hinges, but that does not make it collapsible.OK, but aside from that description inaccuracy, this is a great caddy for silverware = or better yet, cooking utensils. Could even go in the bathroom to hold hair brushes and other counter items. I like the rustic farmhouse look of it, with the wood and wire. It was very easy to assemble too. Right now I'm using it as a caddy for my crafting supplies (brush pens, scissors, rulers, etc), so it never made it into the kitchen as planned. I just might have to get another one!

This basket is well designed and feels to be good quality. The wire frame is coated to protect the metal, and the wooden base is well finished.The pack contains all the pieces you need for assembly, excepting a screwdriver, and a drill if you want to mount this on a wall.The instructions are in the form of a diagram and easy to follow with the exception of panel 3 which shows how the front part of the cage is installed. It might just be me, but I didn't really think it was that clear. The photo above shows how the front panel clips into place. This does take a bit of force, but it will clip into place and then be held securely.The back face of the cage has two holes for mounting on a wall, and the screws and rawl plugs for this are also in the kit. If you don't want to put this on the wall it can be stood on a work surface, too.When assembled, this feels solid and has enough capacity to hold quite a few spatulas, spoons, fish slices and the like. A much better solution than having to hunt around in a drawer for that slotted spoon.

I really do like this caddy. It's an improvement over the ceramic one I had previously because it gives space to spread out your utensils so you're not pulling everything out to get the one you're actually trying to use. It feels solid and well constructed. I don't plan on wall-mounting, but it's nice that it's got the hardware included to do so if you wish.My one gripe is that the description is slightly misleading. To me, "collapsible" means no hardware disassembly required in order to fold and store. The wire frame is held to the wood base by four screws. These would have to be removed in order to collapse the wire, which makes it less convenient. Not that I plan to break it down, but doing so would mean making sure those screws didn't get misplaced to reassemble it when the time came.
