I seriously have tried them all. DeWalt, Milwaukee, And even other Bosch. These particular philips tips P2115TCB are the best design ever. They grip the screw better. They strip the screws less. The design difference is key. Rather then a straight four edged blade, it is slightly curved, with serrations. This puts the torque where the most meat and grip is in the screw head, and it totally makes a difference. Every three years or so I buy a pack of these and still swear by them even though I keep trying other makes only to be disappointed. Get these. You will be glad that you did.

As a technician I remove/install hundreds of screws every day with an electric screwdriver. (Metabo 3.6v - also an excellent product) Needless to say I chew through bits. These hold up very well and transfer magnetism (if you have a good holder - most are pretty wimpy) so I don't lose screws. They're also a very good value for their performance/cost.

Product has a similar design of the other brand that I normally buy but much lower quality and durability. The Ridges on the end of the bit are soft and wear out extremely fast.

These Bosch #2 screw bits have little ribs that help them bite into the screw -- so that they are much less likely to strip when you are driving really hard-to-sink screws.I love these in combination with a bit holder that grips the bit...so that the Bosch bits don't stay sticking in the screw. (after driving a dozen or so the super sharp teeth dull just enough to let go easily so they will work in any bit holder...I just prefer the ones that lock) I get those from either DeWalt or FastCap.When my local Lowes quit carrying these bits, I started buying them here on Amazon. We go through thousands of screws every year, so we do wear these out, but the quality we can produce because our screw bits don't "hop" and strip screw heads is worth it. We probably go through one bit per 400 or 500 screws...so they last pretty well. We are much more likely to lose them than we are to wear them out.

After ending up with more driver bits than I needed of sizes I never use, I finally settled on getting just the one that gets used (and therefore misplaced or destroyed) the most, and this was exactly what I was looking for. These are fairly sturdy, though I have noticed a bit of wear earlier than some others (which were more expensive bits). The container they come in is really handy, too. If you want super high-quality bits, you may want to look around a bit more, but for everyday tasks, these work great and are a good deal.
